NOT COMPATIBLE with previous versions of LockTight 1.xx.If you have documents/data encrypted using V1.xx or V2.xx engines of LockTight, you must first decrypt them before re-encrypting using the new and advanced features of LockTight.

Blowfish Encryption Engine
Microsoft’s CryptAPI engine
Data Encryption Standard (DES) Engine
GOST Encryption Engine
RSA Security RC4 Encryption Engine
Skipjack Encryption Engine
A Tiny Encryption Algorithm (TEA) Encryption Engine
TwoFish
DS1

Any/all combinations of the Engines can be used to Encrypt. Remember that if you encrypt using multiple passwords and engines, you need to decrypt the files and passwords/engines used in reverse order (password itself must not be reversed, just the order in which they were originally entered to encrypt the file).

Hopefully, by the time you read this, a script-processing engine has been implemented into LockTight, allowing you to preform Complex Encryption using as many engines and as many keys as you wish, with the script-processing engine recording the actions. You can then encrypt the script. When you want to decrypt your data, run the script, put in your password and LockTight's script processing engine will perform all of the tedious tasks of decrypting using the engines and keys you chose when you encrypted the data. The script can then be saved to disk to be used as a "key".

LockTight is unbreakable (especially when you use multiple passwords and engines).

Simply Drag’n’Drop the files requiring encryption/decryption into the “Drag’n’Drop File List” frame and either type out your key/password (multiple lines allowed) or Drag’n’Drop a file to encrypt your data using a file (jpg/bmp/wav or any other document). If you do decide to use the file as the key, make sure you do not modify the file contents in any way otherwise decryption will fail (the process will work, but the data will be scrambled).

Within the LockTight program, next to the Engines that you can select is a button with a question mark (?) – click on this button to view information concerning the selected engine.
