"Custom Contact Fields". E.M.M.A. supplies you with over 30 fields to store information about a contact. The Custom Contact Fields allows a user to create an unlimited amount of Contact Fields.

"Intelligent" Messaging. Replace message keywords with "real" data from your Contact-Address Book. i.e. Dear [USER-TITLE] [USER-LASTNAME] is converted to Dear Mr. Harrison. E.M.M.A. can utilise your custom-contact fields too! If you have added a field called "Date of Birth" then you can utilise this in your "intelligent" messaging by using the tag [USER-Date of Birth] !
(this works in individual messages or Bulk-Mail Management messages).

You can also store an unlimited amount of Attachments against a contact.

Contacts in your Contact Address Book within E.M.M.A automatically qualify as "safe" e-mail and are not blocked by any of the anti-spam features, although e-mail will be subject to attachment and word-filtering scanning (if enabled) and the Bayesian Filtering will still learn about the incoming e-mail although it will not act upon any keywords found within the e-mail.

Replication within E.M.M.A. allows users to work off-line using a Microsoft Access Database, reply to e-mails, move them around, change contact details - then replicate back to the main system with the modified details at a later date.

Filetype banning:- Allows control over what type of files can be accepted into the system. Currently there are over 100 types of files that can be executed on a Windows based Operating System, allowing execution of code, which in some cases could be a viral-infection of your system. E.M.M.A. can protect your system(s) by stopping the filetype from being viewed within an e-mail, thus stopping execution of viruses and/or other malicious programs. The attachment is still stored within E.M.M.A. and can only be viewed if the filetype is removed from the E.M.M.A. filetype banning feature.

Word-Filtering:- Stop users receiving and sending offensive words or sensitive information etc.. keywords are replaced with an asterix "*", so if I did not want my bank account no. 1234567890 going out from the system I would add 1234567890 to the word-filtering. If someone were to then e-mail out from E.M.M.A. using the keyword 1234567890 it would be replaced with ********.

Track E-Mails within your e-mail folders. i.e. Right-click on an e-mail, select Track this E-Mail and all e-mails associated with that e-mail (similar the subject of the e-mail you wish to track) will be listed, E.M.M.A. will scan all folders and every e-mail (very quickly) to find the associated e-mails.

Rules - This is global and is only recommended for one user to control. These are items based on certain conditions that when e-mails arrive in their "Incoming" e-mail folder can do something with the e-mail. i.e. reply to it, forward it on (yes, E.M.M.A. can be set up as a fully functional Forwarding service), move it into another e-mail folder or another user's e-mail folder and much more.

E.M.M.A. supports a automatic-upgrade for Anti-Spam RuleSets via Welshware to help protect you and your users from Spam getting into your Incoming Items Box! It Currently holds over 13,300 Spammers E-Mail addresses and over 370 Spam-Rules, filtering over 98% of incoming spam - and it is updated very often with keywords and phrases that will block those unwanted e-mails into E.M.M.A.. This is accomplished by fishing for spam! Yes, I love spam - send it to me, I simply integrate it into E.M.M.A, release it publicly and protect everyone who uses E.M.M.A.

Archive/Export and Import E.M.M.A. Folders containing E-Mails. (Backing up/Burning to CD)

E.M.M.A. has a "General Diary", which allow users of E.M.M.A. to have their own diary and notification system, allowing them to plan dates and be notified of them through E.M.M.A. Set up a diary entry and have E.M.M.A. create an internal e-mail via its DiaryBOT system to let you know of the impending date. The e-mail contains the notation from the diary so you can leave yourself a note. The DiaryBOT will e-mail once per day xx amount of days before the date is due - you set the notification by days and let E.M.M.A. help you remember those important meetings/birthday's/dates !

Set Maximum Disk-Space Quota's against each user for disk-space and/or outgoing e-mails.
