Bulk Mail Management
Bulk Mail Management allows you to send a single e-mail to multiple recipients, without actually CCing them (when you CC e-mail someone, all the e-mails you are CCing to are held within each recipients e-mail, revealing other user e-mail addresses, blind-carbon-copy allows you to send to other users without them knowing the other users - but the e-mails are not personalised).
To an e-mail even more personal for multiple-recipients, EzyMailManPro utilities Intelligent-Messaging, allowing a single e-mail sent to many people with their personal details in the e-mail.
For example, I have a mailing-list called Welshware Subscribers List. It contains many hundreds of e-mail addresses. Some of the e-mail address have contact-information in the Contact Address Book (CAB).
When Welshware sends a newsletter out to those subscribers, I use a Message Templates to generate part of the e-mail body, which is used on all newsletter e-mails sent out.
My Message template looks like this:
You are receiving this e-mail, because your e-mail address was subscribed to the Welshware Newsletter. If you no longer require this service, please send a blank e-mail to unsubscribe@welshware.co.uk. Make sure that your reply address is the e-mail address that the subscription belongs to (otherwise you cannot be unsubscribed unless you write direct to support@welshware.co.uk and we will search our records and remove you from our mailing list manually).

Note the Hello [USER-FIRSTNAME]
In between the "If you have any questions...." text and the "Best Regards," text, I insert my actual message.
When I send the e-mail to the Welshware Subscribers List, each e-mail is scanned for Intelligent-Message Tags and checked against e-mail addresses held in the Contact Address Book under the user-group that the user belongs to.
If a contact is found, the [USER-FIRSTNAME] is replaced with the actual name of the contact. The effect is professional and personalised for each user that has the contact-information.
The outputted Hello [USER-FIRSTNAME] would be changed to Hello John, Hello Sarah etc..
Please note the Intelligent Message Tags also work with the Subject-Text.
When you start the Bulk Mail Management feature of EzyMailManPro, two screens appear. One is the Bulk-Mail Management screen and the other is the Message window.
The Bulk Mail Management Screen looks like this:
In the Bulk Mail Management Screen, you can do many things with the lists that you can create, including automatically updating someone's e-mail address from one list to updating all lists and the contact-information too!
Bulk Mail Management can also handle file-attachments, allowing you to send one file to many contacts. EzyMailManPro will NOT allow you to have multiple entries of ONE e-mail in one mailing-group. This is to stop users from bombing other people's e-mail addresses.
When you select a Mailing-Group, the e-mail address associated with that Mailing-Group are listed to the right.
You can optionally change the E-Mail priority from Low, Normal and High (Normal is default).
You will need to select an E-Mail account to send through and these appear in a combo-drop down list.
You can either click on SEND button to send to ALL of those e-mail addresses, or you can select one or more from the Mailing-Group E-Mail address list (hold down CTRL to multi-select) and just e-mail to the selected (EzyMailManPro will confirm this with you anyway).
When sending, you can have the spell-checker switched on. EzyMailManPro will check your initial message before processing the Intelligent-Message Tags if they exist.
The Message Window, below, allows you to type in your message. Within the menu options you can insert the system date and/or time. EzyMailManPro also allows you to insert Intelligent Message Tags from the menu directly into the cursor position in the message text.
You can register
